PTFE FASTENER (XYLAN COATING)
Xylan is generally used to reduce friction, improve wear resistance, and for non-stick applications. Additionally, it can be used to protect a metal from corrosion. The most commonly known application is in non-stick cookware but Xylan coatings have also been used extensively in the automotive industry and for corrosion protection in the oil and gas industry

PTFE SHEET LINING
Fluoropolymer sheet lining is designed to withstand the corrosion of virtually all corrosive fluids. It possesses an outstanding combination of chemical, thermal and non-stick properties, coupled with mechanical durability
There are two types of sheet lining available:
(1) Bonded Sheet Lining
Fluoropolymers sheet with glass fiber backed is bonded to metal with help of adhesive & Joints are subsequently thermo welded together.
(2) Loose Sheet Lining
Fluoropolymers sheet is welded together & inserted into metal equipment without bonding .
ANTI CORROSION COATING PROTECTIONS
Corrosion protection is the application of anti-corrosion chemicals to prevent damages to equipment or facility caused by corrosive agents. To address the different forms of corrosion in different materials, Cor-Pro Systems offer the following corrosion protection methods to our clients.
